Author Topic: Coins-E Deposits Not Showing Up  (Read 662 times)

I deposited 10LTC into Coin-E yesterday, no sign of it...

I can see from the LTC address they gave me to deposit into, that the coins were moved a few hours later to another address.

No response from support, have a feeling I'm never going to see them again..

Has anyone else had the same problem or know how else I can get in contact with them?

Awful service, best avoid them at all costs.

go to deposit not reflecting under support, select litecoin than enter transaction id should show up if there is enough confirmations

I don't have the transaction ID, this is the problem unfortunately. I sent the money from BTC-E, so I have no record of the ID. Do you know if I can find it via http://explorer.litecoin.net ?

open a support ticket on btc-e never used there exchange but they should be able to get you the transaction id, giving them your email/username

Not what I was hoping for  Sad I assume that asking them for the transaction ID is not unreasonable request?

BTC-E is not giving me the transaction ID, either because they don't have it or don't know how to find it.

Absolute nightmare,

COIN-E still haven't got back to me either. Looks like I've lost these coins

If I don't get a reply from them soon I'm seriously going to go out of my way to ruin their reputation
