cn.bter.com works well, I recall seeing the link on the main site before the upgrade so I guess it should be good.

the funny thing is, bter support never replied to me since -i dont know - ~over 7-10 days
today i tried google translate, and emailed them.
i got a reply after 3 hours, they said i should use http://cn.bter.com,
so its official.
