BTC-E, can NOT get my money back with SEPA transfer :(

I've a problem (too..) with BTC-E.com.
I managed to get back from their site about 2000€ to my bank account with a SEPA tranfer.
I gave them all the IBAN information on 11/23/2013.

Then.. I waited..
The 11/29/13, I got this private message :

finsupport

To wallet Benificiary Name: XXX XXX IBAN: XXXXXX  Bank told IBAN incorrect Pls provide correct

As private messages are not notified, I discovered it only a few days later, so I immediatly answered :

13:14 04.12.13
Hello I copy paste it : BIC (Bank Identifier Code) XXXXX IBAN (International Bank Account Number) XXXXXX Titulaire du compte (Account Owner) XXX


But since... no fu... news!!!
I tried 2 times to contact by private message 'finsupport' and nothing. I also openned a ticket.. and nothing...

Anyone has an idea to help me, or BTC-E are really some scammers ??

try it in russian with google translate, and you should wait at least 1 day after you send a request.
They usually anser only 1 word /sentence per day. Dont spam them, becuase they wont answer never them.

I stopped using them becuase of their non existing support in english. good luck.
