I know, it's a good coin, but you did it for fun, not to get rich, and that it honors you. I like things with kindness, have good future. I would like to participate but  I can not mine, I let a address to make me part of the community. I wish you well.

Happy New Year Smiley

What kind of hardware do you have?

It can't be much older and as lame-ass slow than my Athlon II laptop from 2009 and I just solo mined my 6th block today.

This a very easy coin to mine.

Just download and install the client, let it run and wait for the coins to turn up. It mines by itself. Smiley

I am sad this is a primecoin rip as primecoin is an awesome idea. If this ever hits an exchange the entire market could have some confidence undermined. I hope nobody has a nefarious plot to try and hurt altcoin mining with pushing this...

Gpool's author would like set a pool for BEK, but he has some questions.

This is his reply
"
Hello, I am considering about supporting BEK.
Is there an official website? Block explorer? Any difference with Primecoin in algorithm?
There is no enough information in main thread.
"

Somewhat annoying. I tried printing for over an hour on an i7 3770 and got nothing for my troubles. Was going to have some lulz with it but oh well.

Eh. Maybe I will try on my laptop overnight but the frustration really comes in the time spent figuring out how to make it work right. Took at least 20 minutes to get it right. Plus I am pretty sure the windows client is out of sync now that you have updated the code recently.

Just leave it running.

I'll go hours without anything, then I'll hit 4 blocks in 10 minutes. It evens out, but, you need to be patient. (I hate patience.)

The 1.2 client is fine (Windows or not), and with printing-by-default I'm not sure what you have to get right.

The newest additions are checkpoints, cosmetic fixes and a new seed node; it only helps new users a bit. This is hardly release worthy - I'm at least waiting for a few other checkpoints.

Oh. Printing by default didn't work for me. I checked by CPU usage. Who knows why. Some sort of indicator in the wallet UI would really help.

I finally did the mining pool.

I'm not sure at all about the settings, but the pool seem working... but atleast no idea if BEK support stratum.
I need feedbacks from peoples with better hashrate than mine, advices, ect...

URL: http://198.245.52.17/public/
stratum+tcp://198.245.52.17:3333
Reward type: prop
Fee: 2% (should be 75% for Bernankoins)
For CGMiner: cgminer -o stratum+tcp://198.245.52.17:3333 -u #User.#Worker -p #Pass

does the increase of block reward never end? then it would indeed be a true bernanke coin. I will start mining this shit next year. actually the coin might get some value since some people miggt be interested in support buying this coin in order to support simulation about simultanious primes.
