Insanity!
Ha! Haha! I could not help myself but to start printing again when I saw we entered QE3!
Turned on one printer and it took the paper about 5 minutes to load  and then blam! Warm new prints stacking up, fast!, printed 123,776.00 in under 10 minutes!  Grin

Who's face is going to be on the larger denominations? Bush?  Grin

I made a Bernankoin Printer (faucet). Cheesy

Check it out here: http://162.243.210.160/bernankoin/index.php

You can print as many Bernankoins as you want, one at a time. I'll monitor the traffic and the ink level (balance) of the printer during the rest of the day and adjust the reward if it dries too fast.

If my server can keep up with the traffic I'll create a thread so as everybody learns about the Bernankoin Printer, but for now I'll keep the announcement just on this thread.

Have fun printing Bernankoins! Grin

Dude, your printer was running low on ink ... Thanks to the QE3 I bailed you out and I filled up the cartridges for good !!

Yes

I love this coin !

How is the difficulty adjusted ?
It's primecoin's system unmodified, and... well... I am not sure Cheesy

It would be interesting to see what kind of things happen to the price of this coin if it were to hit an exchange.

I see lots of sell offers now, but I wouldn't imagine there are many buyers in the market as the way rewards are given this completely removes the desire for speculative holding.

Yup, speculative holding kind of does not make any sense right now, unless you are easily printing it speculating that it will gain value, and/or you have a belief that the quantitative easing used by central banks is working to bring value to the such & such currency and/or economy they are printing it for.

I hope an economist weighs in with why this is different than the $, £ or what have you issued by a central bank.

I imagine they would say something about the rate at which money is being introduced. Then probably something about how it needs to be under 2% growth annually.

any plan for QE4?
Difficulty 9+. However I'd be really surprised if it achieved that…
That's why there is a new progressive QE coming January 1st.

What will happen on January 1st? How many coins we get per Block from January 1st?

Over 9000 ! I foresee great future for this coin  Smiley

I made minor improvements on the physical.

Bigger gold center and a new latin motto which means roughly (according to wikipedia)  "What is abundant doesn't hinder" or "It is no problem to have too much of something."
