Here's an exchange where you can vote to add a currency:

http://crycurex.com/info/add-currency/vote/62/

Of course that link is for voting for BEK! Smiley

Hi guys,

Just found out about the BEK. Joined the Gpool and i started "printing" already.

Can I improve my printing speed somehow? Can I use my GPUs to speed things up? I have an Intel i5 3570K and two R9 280X video cards.

Also, do I need to keep the wallet open while I run the primeminer working for the Gpool? Wallet is eating up 50% of the CPU while primeminer another 50% so my CPU is in full load  Undecided

L.E.: I closed the wallet and primeminer rescaled use to ~99% of CPU. Still need to know if wallet needs to be open though.

Wallet does not need to be opened. Wallet is by default set to solo-print when opened, so that is why it ate 50% of the CPU.
You can turn the solo-printing off in the wallet in the console, just type command "setgenerate false" there (will be turned off until wallet restart)

Or edit bernankoin.conf and add line with "gen=0" there to turn it off permanently

Since BEK is based on primecoin, it's a CPU only coin. And yes, you can close you wallet (or leave both open and solo mine & pool mine at the same time, but both at half capacity)

Thanks for the info, guys.

Where can I find the USD and other coins parity, please? Is it true that BEK is better than LTC right now, with a market capitalization of over 768,052,075 USD? Still not sure if all this is real  Roll Eyes

Also, what does Ink Drying mean in the wallet?

Ya it would seem like it's too good to be true.

I saw somebody selling 1KK BEK for 1 BTC on this thread. Is this still an accurate exchange rate?

Trying to guess the exchange rate of a coin that will be produced indefinitely and exponentially is indeed a real challenge.

Did you see anyone buying them at that price?

I have lots of BEK to sell. I'm very negotiable on price, make an offer any offer.

I probably misread something, but I think this coin really needs an official exchange rate, especially when close to getting over 9 difficulty.

I saw some efforts towards this official rate, any news on this, Pankkake?
