In my spare time, I teach English as a Second Language. So, you can actually take my advice as a solid one. Grin (This is me blowing my own trumpet) Anyway, for a start, one must determine which level they are at. For beginners and those with little knowledge of English, I suggest that the best way to start is to get a good teacher. A structured way of learning is the best for building a solid foundation in any language. From there, so many other things can be introduced. Movies (first with, then without subtitles), building new friendships with native speakers, ESL games online, etc. All these can come in very handy.

For me the best way to study well English grammar is first, talking and chatting with native speakers, by the by you can catch slang words. The second option is, of course, books and good articles from the high-quality website, and the last one practice grammar on educational sites, and make an exercise.

Best advice I acquired before was listening to English songs to broaden my vocabulary and watch a lot of English movies. I do enjoy and as well learn from those activities so it does not placed any pressure on me while studying English. Reading is also a good way to exercise English proficiency.

Only practice could help to learn grammar faster. I study abroad and English is my second language. I have to use some help of online essay writer to write without any grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. That's the only way for me to cope with all those writing work. Luckily they have affordable prices.

How to study well English grammar?
My advice is to learn English grammar through books. You should read children's books and English books. If not, then you should buy bilingual funny books to read both entertainment and remember the grammar structure used inside. From there, learn, take notes to apply when needed.
And, what is your advice?
it's 21th century if you really desire to learn you will find a way like internet books and hell lot of more things

It really is a combination of good teacher and reading books, but I'd recommend you also trying to write nice and neat notes if you don't have the chance to find a good teacher anywhere near you. Just google topics online and take notes from them, with nice tables etc... it really helps with studying if you can visualise things.

I will suggest you to watch english movies and try to understand without subtitles. Read english novels, books and dictionary. If this suggestions isn't effective then take english class.

I think you need to understand that there are different approaches if you want to learn either (i) written english or (ii) conversational english

(i) written english
if you want to learn this type, you need to learn the usage of the English language (especially the grammar and subject-verb agreement).  Reading books and taking online courses (or classroom set-up) are really helpful.

(ii) conversational english
The most important aspect of learning this is knowing the pronunciation of each word and not just the meaning of the word but also the cultural and the connotative meaning of it.  You can learn by watching english movies, tv series, and conversing with other people fluent on the English language.

1. First, you must be familiar with a lot of English vocabulary words

2. Know the parts of speech such as the noun, pronoun, verb, adjective and etc.

3. Then study the basics of the subject-verb agreement - this is where you could learn on how to construct a simple sentence

4. After constructing a simple sentence, you may now study the tenses of verb and construct longer and complex sentences

Watching English or American movies could help you too. You may also listen to podcasts, read magazines and newspapers or watch tutorials on YouTube.

I think, before reading the book, you still need to get acquainted with the theory of grammar.

My advice is that if you really want to learn grammatically correct English, start with published English grammar books. There are books written especially for English grammar where the correct usage is emphasized. When you have learned the basics from here, maybe then you can practice and learn more from the books that you mention.

You can read books to sharpen your skills, but to learn properly the English language, you must first take short courses or atleast study lectures first. If you can do it by yourself, read English grammar books where basic rules are written. Be careful, even published books may contain grammatically wrong texts. You will end up imitating erroneous sentence constructions.
