Joining a forum where there are native English speakers will help out quite a bit.  I'm not sure I'd recommend this one for that purpose.  Either there are a lot of non-native English speakers here, or the ones that are native English speakers have poor grammar skills.

I'd say the best way to learn is to live in an English speaking country, yet as the experience shows, the native speakers have the worst grammar of us all  So I'd suggest to start reading articles and then move on to academic articles, maybe trying to write something yourself.

I agree that learning the language is best being in the language environment, but if there is no such possibility, you can start by viewing the seals or thematic programs, reading literature in English, it also helps to learn the language, visual memory works especially well when reading. I learned English grammar in games. I play a lot of RPG games and that's where I get English fluent. Studying grammar is easy when playing with people that are english speaking. I remember that there is a meme on a pie chart in which where people learned how to speak in english. 99% of it was in playing games 1% is on school.

Im not expert on english but I learned from wartching movies who have english language it makes me more have information and I have also dictionary in my phone to check if my grammar is right or wrong.
