Current Features of script are
- Registration
- Login and 3 questionnaire auth for secured verification
- Deposit Bitcoins to virtual balance
- Spend Virtual balance to other users on the site by username
- Integrated Forum for user chat and discussion / support
- Support Ticket System
- Dashboard displaying things like balance, total sent transactions, total received transactions, user referred by upline(Referrals will get a small % of transaction fee per purchase for bringing in new users) .
- Manual withdraw system
- Transactions Page to view old transactions
- Merchant Product creation page, define product name, price, description
- IPN, allow merchants to host a pay now button per each product they want to sell, then our site will process the purchase of it.
- API, allow merchants to remotely view their balance, pay users from their selling portal.

V2 features considered-
-Make a USD to BTC conversion price total based on live market at the time of purchase.
-Make API to pay users remortly based on USD to bitcoin value so you can pay the current fiat value of Bitcoin if desired.

If you have any interest on working on this with me let me know, I may be able to offer a cash incentive. Otherwise we can just chat it up on skype or something if your just simply interested in discussing it with me.

EDIT- Forgot to say, this is developed in PHP/MYSQL

Thanks,
Jeremy.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

What does the site actually help people do? Why is spending a balance from your site better than just sending Bitcoin directly to the merchant?

Isn't instant transfers done by lowering the required confirmations, and in return increasing the risk of bogus transactions?

Well the initial deposit to my site I would require 3 confirmations to be safe, otherwise double spends can occur. But once they have deposited to the virtual balance, well transactions within the site are instant. Think of it like this, Paypal is to USD fiat as this site could work along side bitcoin.

A few other pluses to this could be minimizing constant blockchain transactions.

Looking for serious business partners who want to be a part of this payment processor. Let me know if you are interested. I will either launch on my own or find a partner who can cover the:
1. $300.00 in design cost.
2. Domain + SSL cert
3. Hosting
4. External hardware needed to run the site
5. The funding for Source Guardian License.
