There is no sure way to say if the bear is over. We need to see more green and bigger up days  and see market trending up for longer than a few days to start.

Hopefully now the end of the market is bearish,
and the start of bullrun until the end of the year

From the beginning of this year 2018, alt coins price had fallen tremendously until the last few weeks when we beginning to experience price stabilizations and increase in market capitalization. Also most of the alt coins too have started appreciating in price. From these indications, can we confidently said that the bear season is over or is not yet a celebration time.
I think the bear market is not over yet. This market is going down a few more times. But we should not be too disappointed about it. Trust the value of Bitcoin and hold it for a long time. It is a way to make us less anxious and to maintain positive thoughts.

I think a slightly bigger drop will follow in the next coming weeks and then it's to the moon by the beginning of 2019.

Agreed . bear isnt over yet and it is pretty obvious when you look the market now , all coins are still in red and recently eth had a major downfall but now it is showing signs or recovery .  lets hope other coins will also follow especiallly bitcoin because bitcoin hold the price of majority of altcoins .

I also suspect that the bear trend will be over after we hit the month of october because that would be the start of the q4 and everyone is expecting a bull when we reach this last quarter of the year.

I think we will have a nice support around the 8500-9000 mark, we will need to hold this line for a while before starting our next run up.

you're wrong, the bearish season is over for the altcoin,
but for bitcoin it's probably not over, seeing from the bitcoin chart will probably be stable at 6500-6900 $

I think the bear market is not over and it will probably still happen as long as the market has not entered the area at the end of the year, the price of bitcoin and some other cryptocurrency will never be able to experience price increases and bear markets still occur like this.

Well bear market is still there so we can't celebrate yet because many things will be happen before market over the bear market. The beat we can do is still believe and hoping that this bearish situation will be over soonest.

We've had a small upswing in the last few days, but it is way too early to say the bear is over. We needs months of steady price rises before we can have any certainty.

I hope so, if we look at last year Q4 was a revival for all coin prices, and for now it has slowly began to rise for all coin prices so now it's time to buy.

I think still, it is not over yet because the price of Bitcoin is very stable at the price of 6500$ while other altcoins are slowly recovering from their previous prices. Still, the market seems to be in a bearish mode which we cannot able to predict how long this will continue in the market.

I don't think bear season is over yet. What we are seeing now is deadcat bounce from 6000$ range.I think more blood bath is coming for altcoin.
Media is very negative about cryptocurrency now, specifically to say about bitcoin. And honestly to say no one knows when will the bull season come again.
Bitcoin has  a major support at 5800-6000$ zone if it breaks that price then we will see more blood.

We cannot call this time the season of the bears or bulls. This is the time of these trends' fight. Hopefully, the bull run can start at least lot later than December.
