Most of your posts are made in SMT (Spam Mega Threads), which are constantly being deleted. When the mod deletes the whole thread, your post also gets deleted.

Btw, I recommend you to stop spamming in those SMT just to increase your post count. You will never get merit by doing this, and consequently, will never rank up.

Most of your posts are made in SMT (Spam Mega Threads), which are constantly being deleted. When the mod deletes the whole thread, your post also gets deleted.

This is the exact reason. Community hates those, as they increase spamming. Participating in more useful threads is a lot better and gets communities acceptance.

OP all of your posts are straight forward trash, and unless you change your ways, you cannot expect to really to get any merit.
Merit was released just for the pure reason of Spam threads, so you cannot even rank up anymore unless you actually are a bit of use for someone, for example helping around with your skills.

Just threads full of meaningless, nonsense crap. Take a look over your post history, and compare it to TryNinja's for example.

This is my personal favourite:

Yes, I agree with you. I also believe in that bitcoin is in the correction now once it is done with it, it's price will be sky high.

Do you personally think that this is any useful to anyone?

Spam megathreads are basically threads that asks users for their opinions on simple topics, the thread goes on and on, receiving low quality one liner posts without ever stopping. The treads are essentially of no value to anyone but for those who want to make spam posts in order to get a higher rank or post count. Most of those threads are in bitcoin discussion which you frequent quite often.

These will answer you, jim.talukder:

Probably because you posted in threads that got trashed.

If you've made a lot of posts in a thread and it gets trashed then your post count will go down. Don't post in unsubstantial threads that are liable to be deleted if you're worried about this.

That's probably because you post mostly in huge spam threads or other garbage threads, which are designed by the shitposting OPs to be easy for shitposting alts to reply to.  Stop posting in threads that have 50 pages--hell, even 20 pages.  I also have no sympathy for people who try to support themselves with sig campaigns, and it blows my mind that people are so desperate to get positions in them, and then, come post count day, you discover that they got booted or couldn't reach the minimum number of posts.  Being in a signature campaign isn't a terribly difficult "job".  I usually end up way above the minimum, precisely because I don't view this as a job.  And you, there's no excuse.  I work a full-time job and still make more than enough posts to get paid.  If you're unemployed and have an excuse, that's exactly what it is, an excuse.

I faced the same problem today. The number of posts when I enrolled into signature campaign was 1632 and till now I made 31 posts. Tomorrow will be payment day and I see in my profile 1655 posts only. So by my profile I made only 23 posts. I have no time to make 7 posts to finish the campaign's minimum, so I am going to stay without payment for this week and it's horrible, cause of bitcoin is my only job I have.

The Pharmacist is pretty much spot on. Don't post in unsubstantial threads that are liable to be trashcanned and don't make the bare minimum of posts just to hit your quota if you're worried about not getting paid. Had you of made an extra ten posts you wouldn't have anything to worry about and this is the problem here. People forcing themselves to squeeze out as many posts as possible just to hit their targets before the end of the month over x amount of accounts which just leads to lower and lower quality posts.

You can read full details here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2232338

Searching will help you a lot if you want some more answers, starting new topic like this will only create another spam thread. Kindly closed this.

Spam Mega Thread is something like:
Why Many Country's Government think Bitcoin is a Illegal? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2568226.0
What will happen to bitcoin in the near future? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2986894.0
Best investment is bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3221718.0
Reasons why Bitcoin is droping: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2726080.0
These are just the first few topics from the Bitcoin Discussion thread, maybe in the beginning these threads were informative and fine, but there are so many shitposts and false information in the topics that they are not reliable anymore.

that explains the whole scenario about spamming, I am ashamed that I was a spammer and I did spamming by making simple topics so long.
I am trying to improve my quality and spending most of my times reading and observing the meta board.

You can now lock this topic because you have received the answer for your question. Locking a topic means that other people will still be able to read the question and the answers, but spammers won't have any chance to post unnecessary or offtopic posts.

This used to happen to me, I would noticed that my posts would decrease. The reason was because I used to mostly post in the off topic section, and many of the threads there get deleted. They're mostly trash, so yeah, I think it's best to avoid it. For some reason it also seems like everyone creating a thread speak English as a 3rd language.

This is because your post were deleted, or the topic where you have been posting was removed due to spamming issue. That's why you have to be more careful on where to post before posting you should think first if this thread is worth a post or not(Tho you can't do it at all times because that is just basically based on your point of view and not the view of mods).

Choosing a topic and posting a quality one can solve your problem. Especially now that the mods and other concern users are very active in fighting the spam issue.
