Which legislation will regulate a deal between users from different countries?

We've developed a set of rules which is aimed to regulate the deal under the country where the actual deal takes place and this set is monitored by our lawyers. Nevertheless, in the cases such this one, our lawyers will accommodate to the situation and act in accordance with international law. IPO is a traditional way of getting funds for your project. When investor participates in an IPO, he buys some shares of the company, automatically claiming some of the company's profit in the future.
