And... EAC just died. Cryptsy was its final destination. Now it has nowhere to go Sad

Last pump and dump happening in front of us...

Plenty of fake buy walls between 343 - 360. I know, I made about 5 of them. There's no buy support under 340 ;P

lol, most volume on all of cryptsy right now and their books are thin but still. It's Sunday night, first 24hrs, dumpers leaving, things are good.

Dumpers leaving -> Death of the coin. I'm sorry mate, it's the same scenario for every coin that hits Cryptsy. Check the CMC charts. I would advise to sell asap. I sold 250k @ 360.

Tip for new traders. If walls are thin (<10000 EAC) then they are fake. It's to pump the price up.

Look at how thin the buy support is until 300... Almost none.

I would advise to do what you see fit with your coin Smiley. Thanks for being a part of the journey this long, look forward to seeing you downstream.

I was a proponent of LOT, but once it hit Cryptsy it losed about 70% of its value over a week. I'm not making the same mistake again. Pump and dump. If the ROI is good enough, then sell. Don't hold. Don't be greedy. Play safe and smart

do you know any other coin falling so hard and fast? it will be under 100 in a few mins Sad
yup, the same happened with LottoCoin

yes but Lottocoin was over several days not like this.

Well, going from 64 to 14 (i admit over several days) is still a lot in percentages. But also, if you look at the math I did, the price can only be sustained if enough money would be put in the system.

Millionaire question, where is the bottom... Now as the price sinks we can make huge profit but only if the bottom will be hit well.

100? 50? 10? One troll? 0?

Bottom at 50 = profit 2 times when price gets at least to 100.

Bottom at 10 = profit 10 times...

A question is if the price bottoms soon or just will it take few days until x2 and x5 rewards (really badly timed) appear - they may increase only 2 things - diff or dump.

And one big warning,

dump = going BELOW real price
dump end = QUICK price spike because people start panic buying to get unsuccessfull rebuying sells back.

In Pump and Dump we trust.

The psychological framework of what is required for EarthCoin to be worth anything?  It is a GREAT question and topic of discussion which should be moved to the EarthCoinTalk Forums soon.

I went to 10 different stores yesterday and bought a coffee, another coffee, a sandwich, took a cab, etc.  In each of these scenarios I asked the operator if they accepted EarthCoin?  None did, half asked what it was and so I name dropped EarthCoin a few more times in the delivery and went on my way.  That is how you create value although none of you saw that reflected on Cryptsy.

We need to understand that in the beginning of the life of EarthCoin, its stewards are the miners.  They bottle feed, burp and take care of the coin and maintain its integrity and in return they get appreciation for their love in the form of EarthCoin but it is essentially valueless.  It has the ability to develop into a bright mind and yield dividends later in life just like a child.  Later in life meaning around the time it reaches adult hood, which is around the moment of the havling of the money supply where the tangent line of creation begins to decelerate and the reward starts to be produced from the trading of the coin itself.

Through adolescence and its teenage moments it must be taught, educated and definitely exposed to travel and culture, religion, volunteer work.  All of it.  The miners become less of a role as the collective community of "adults" becomes more involved at which point eventually, the coin becomes self-sufficient and begins to yield results on its own.

So If I were to suggest a psychological framework this would definitely be it.  Hope the analogy isn't too crazy! Haha

Mathematically we can avoid that qualitative reference and focus more on the numbers and it is quite easy.  You must of course make some assumptions like the total base of collective participants being around 5000 people right now (not sure what it is).  Then you take the daily USD traded volume in a rolling 24 hour period and divide it by its market cap to get the percentage of turnover.  Today that is at about 2%, yesterday it was at about 10%.  What this number tells you is the average amount of days to have a total turn over of the market cap, suggesting a total turn over of psychology for a longer term time horizon.  Eg, people buying today are looking to next week where people buying last week wish to leave now.

So at a daily turn over of 2%, it would take roughly 50 days to turn over the entire market cap, suggesting over the course of the year this could only occur 7 times (350 days) which would suggest that in one year at 2% daily turn over, the amount of collective participants involved in EarthCoin would be approximately 5000*2^7 or 640,000 people.  Who knows maybe there are only 2000 people with EarthCoins now.

The calculus comes in to play with the daily variability of the USD trading volume and the variability of the creation of the money supply further complicated by the complex math of the creation of the money supply.  It can be modeled but requires some time of course, as well you would have to be able to find out with some reasonable certainty how many people you are starting with and it could be built upon to offer a little more statistical significance but in essence that is a quantitative way of measuring the psychology above.

And the WHOLE POINT of it, is to determine the rate of growth of adoption.  How do we get to 5 million people trading EarthCoins.  It is a big job.  Rather where is that number that the coin begins to yield dividends. Wink  That was fun.

I don't mean to be that guy, but we had some EAC folk over in the lottocoin thread talkin bout how eac was soo good and how eac was immune to this type of thing and how when it hit cryptsy it was gonna skyrocket and blah blah blah. It's a new coin, its now on coinwars, and at these prices it's still fairly profitable to mine.

This is also a high volume coin, untill coin production lowers the price is gonna drop. If you're a true believer in EAC, ride the waves, use the drops to double your holdings and take coins from the miners/panic sellers. This is the cycle of these new coins, money doesn't come from no where, of course in the early days they were more valuable because they were harder to get, now that they're on cryptsy every trader and their dogs can get them and miners can easily mine and autosell to pay the bill.

Conclusion, if you're in it for the money always dump early, price is never gonna go up when more and more coins are entering the market. if your in it for the long term, find ways to take those coins from the people who are just trying to get paid.

Best of luck to all of you, happy investments.

I personally like the speed of the drop, it suggests passion on the downside and is usually indicative of a reversal.  A general slow sloping downtrend means only one thing - no interest.  Sharp drop means interest, just passionate negative interest, which interests me as a buyer and holder.  Something to think about. Just a stupid thought. Are there any plans to just go to a city center and just hand out paper wallets with a few coins on them and an instruction how to use them/translate them into other values?

What is sad is look at the guy on cryptsy with 1,400,000 to sell at 184, it might be one or several, but wow, think if he would not have listened to the hype and instead sold at 245 like some of us did when we decided to dump. This poor dude finally decided to pull the plug at 184, why did he wait so long? Probably he listened to the noise in here about how stupid and how much of a clueless miner he is to even think of selling in the 200+ range. Now look at him, instead of making a hard smart business decision and sell in the 200's here he is taking a beating and trying to hawk his coins at 184. Sad

So back to all the vegetable growing and tree planting and animal feeding, and helping the homeless, that will still go on won't it, because you told me it isn't about the price, it is about saving the planet with eac. So how are we proceeding with these noble projects. I think eac is perfect for these kind of projects, now that we have weeded out all the weakminded miners and clueless profiteers, we can concentrate and put all of our energy behind this nonprofit enterprise. I hope it succeeds, they were all good causes. We all like trees, without trees where will our oxygen come from? So let's go forward and continue the works of charity, remember, everything in this world is not about profit. Keep the faith fellow earthers, we will help mankind and the planet . Peace out.

You really enjoy kicking people when they are down eh? You thrive on provoking people after you say goodbye three times. Are you going to go kick puppies down stairs today or is that tomorrow?

You still don't know how to simply converse with someone or have a natural debate. All you see is treehugging and profit hating even when people straight out correct you over and over. You're desperate, you seek attention and love and acceptance and you're not getting it, and won't with your douchebag of the year title. Learn to human, learn to friends, learn to not be a self righteous dickhead that thinks his word is gold and he's always right. Your rants have little to do with our decisions or timing needs, being so down this rabbit hole you know this but you LOVE shitting on people, you get a high out of it, in real life you'd get knocked the fuck out in my circles if you carried on the way you do here. Keep calling people names, puffing out your chest when others are deflated and seeking reassurance, you're bound to be quite popular with girls that way too I hear...

I would hate to live your angry 247 life (your post history is lol) and treat people the way you do, thus back on ignore you go before you make me say shit I'll regret, all you're doing is provoking negativity with absolutely no interest in collaborating or helping.

Best of luck in life, you won't get another second of my time and I can't wait to see your face in a few months when all this is laughable.

For those supporting the coin:

If you bought 10,000 EAC at 400 and you now buy another 10,000 at 200 your position to 'break even' falls from 400 to 300 iyswim?  So now in order to make a profit the coin would need to go above 300, not 400.

It is a common strategy to buy in intervals as a coin heads down bring down your 'break even' point and also the point at which you make profit too.  Smiley

O wow! you can not be serious are you? So if you have a company and it gets listed on a stock exchange, you would rather it go into a freefall dive rather than a slow downtrend? Really?  I can not believe people make what ever is happening to the price a good thing, maybe they are just trying to console themselves, you actually like how fast it is dropping, that is what you say. Wow just wow!

I would rather price go up, a downtrend not so much, and a freefall in which the coin sheds 400% of its value from 500 as a terrible omen of the future. I doubt you will be ceo of any company soon if you believe a massive selloff freefall crash is better than a slow decline.  See people, this is what I was saying, I was told I was stupid a couple of days ago for saying price going down is not good, and price rising is good, was told I was as stupid as a 16 year old. Really.................
