Hello.
I have version 2.1.4 of the earthcoin wallet.

But when the data is being downloaded through incoming connections, it has slowed down to 2,271,866,  2 years 44 weeks, it has not been updated for 10 days.

I sometimes see incoming connections, but the data does not reach my wallet.

 Also, for most of the day there are almost no incoming connections.

Please, could you explain to me the cause of this problem? How can I get my wallet to update?
 Is there a complete bootstrap available?
