EarthCoin may not be dead, but the OP needs fixing as some of the links are broken and or outdated (I'd remove the CoinEx.PW link if I were you;) )
The paper wallet link is broken , but have been playing over the last couple of days with an archived version of the EarthCoin EAC Paper Wallet at
https://web.archive.org/web/20141217094301/http://earthaddress.org/ it works, the text is a little doggy on A4 as I had to print at nearly 200% to take most of Archive dot Org's header off.
Am seeing if I can use the vanity wallet address part to add (insert EAC vanity wallet address here)
I've worked out you can click
close on the
Archive.Org Banner at the top and just browse as though it were the original page, which means you can print an A4 paper wallet with readable private code.
The vanity gen part doesn't look like it works properly, I tried it a couple of times with a

92 doesn't give the same brain wallet result that 93 does.
