Those people selling at a price lower than ICO price are dumb. In fact if they will not sell the token they could probably take even more value for their token. But it's all up to them if they are contented with what they can earn even just a little bit of it.

as far as you trust the project that you are into, dont dump your bounty because there are investors left that are hodl and buying more if bounty hunters dumps. always chose the right project and hodl to support the team and the project so that both the developers, hunters, and investors will win.

No I would not panic. Why? because that's dumper seller are the investor also and they not regret what they doing because if they sell for the chip prize I'm sure they have a profit also for the kind of chip prize. I think 1 to 3% profit they will get.
