I'm having problems with bter.com - unable to withdraw my SRC and extra coins appeared in my balance
Emailed them with no reply a few times
My GF is a qualified / accredited translator - I'm going to get her to write them emails in Chinese next

I just tried to reproduce your SRC issue and was unable to. I sent 40 SRC. |

Yes I can't not withdraw may coins either. It was working fine last week but now I get an error message. No response from support yet.
I wonder why we don't get any e-mails back from support? While I suspect they are getting quite a few emails these days. Not to mention it's a Chinese site so there could be some language barriers. I am crossing my fingers for now it's only been a few days. And I have tried the cn.bter address. While I have better luck actually logging in I still can't get my coins out. |

I'm not having any problems at all. Tried a few withdrawals earlier and it worked just fine. I've been using this exchange for months without a hitch. Some other good sites I recommend are Vircurex/BTC-e.  I would stay far away from Cryptsy. As I've had nothing but problems for weeks!!!  |

These guys will sit on your coins for days, with NO SUPPORT or HELP!! You wil lbe locked out and not able to withdraw your coins. This is certainly possible as it's happening to lots of people. STAY AWAY UNTIL FIXED!  You are warned! |

Hi,
did anyone find out how these account imbalances happened?
I used the trade, deposit and withdraw logs to check their claims, and it seems that their new calculations are correct.
So when and why did the numbers go wrong?

Personally I've never experienced any withdrawal issues with BTER, actually one of the best exchanges if you ask me, though their API seems to be delayed sometimes, but nothing compared to Cryptsy API and Cryptsy in general, they suck big time.

i cant deposit or withdraw tagcoin and cents ... btc worked yesterday and dtc was moved today with no problem. So it is only some coins that are down. Cent is now down for nearly a month ... they should fix this now or loose customers. Their support is as horrible as any other one. Support? What support?
