you set your username in the ulicoin.conf file in your roaming folder. get it from the downloaded directory and modify it with notepad. u will have rpcpassword rpcuser to set and use localhost:6092 as url

Getbalance shows "0". Does that mean I didn't get money for the block or it just not the command to check my coin balance?
