Hello Ariel Plpo,
Yes you overbought the DOGE by a  significant amount at what point did you notice? How long have you held it? Your welcome to sell the DOGE at any point there is no rush to settle your account.

I noticed something odd going on with DOGE specifically, might be because they recently added it to the exchange.

I logged a ticket as I was missing 5k after depositing even after 2000+ confirmations, ticket got resolved without closure. Good old blockchain to the rescue to provide proof of the transactions, hopefully it gets sorted. Other coins are going through fine however.

Ticket 57975 if anyone is watching. Otherwise happy with the DOGE exchange so far.

Edit: I saw the bad lag earlier, thought it was my end, guess not.

I too have lost coins on Cryptsy and am have trouble getting a response "Ticket #58901". Here are trades I didn't make

http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/originals/c1/25/c6/c125c67a5af8ff5f2e36d04c6bfcd429.jpg

and Litecoin Withdrawals I didn't make

http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/originals/82/a8/da/82a8da7c8c529a47d400c9a1a0d9ad4c.jpg

My coins were sold at a loss for Litecoins and then withdrawn. I have 2-Factor authentication enabled but its not working at the moment all thats needed is username and password. Cryptsy has security issues and doesn't respond, its like there is no support. On Coins-E all withdrawals have to be confirmed by email Cryptsy should consider that and get its 2-Factor authentication fixed.

Will update to let everyone know what happens with all this.

2-Factor Authentication is now working on my Cryptsy account.

I can confirm that for my account too.

At about 30% of all my logins it's not asking for the 2-Factor token, which means everyone with user/password can login to my account and steal my coins.

Seriously Crytpsy, get your shit fixed ASAP!

I have used Cryptsy for a while now and have never had an issue.

I think they are just very busy - hopefully quite soon things should run smoother for more users of the site!

You must either work for those scumbags - or never really used this site. It's really buggy!

Yes, busy adding one junk coin after the next. Instead of fixing existing issues with their site.

At the moment I have issues depositing Worldcoin, Feathercoin, Elacoin and Megacoin. All transactions have between 50 and 200 confirmations - but they are not credited to my account. Really frustrating!

Of course not, support takes time because they're overwhelemed, but every issue I've encountered has been resolved. No need to be aggressive in your tickets btw.

Get off your alt account BitJohn. Why is it that all of these people are losing their coins, yet support only respond to the ones who threaten the site? Why do they continue to add more and more coins when they clearly need to fix their site?

The only way to get an answer is to be aggressive, we can't let Cryptsy walk all over us. They were incredibly lucky the guy who got 60BTC due to their site's error gave it back, because Cryptsy wouldn't help they'd just hurt their users more.

... support takes time because they're overwhelemed, ...

Overwhelmed, because
a) they don't get their site properly fixed - so they are swamped with support tickets.
b) they add junk coin after junk one - and don't have time to fix existing bugs.

It would be nice to get an official statement from BigVern regarding those ongoing deposit issues.

Cryptsy 2FA works fine guys its configurable to the point that you set it. Every log in or a set # of hours from your current IP.

2FA by most to least secure:
Authy every log in (Preffered)
SMS every log in
Email every login

Email 2FA doesnt do you much good if you download malware such as:
bitcoinbot v4.5
Bitcoin-Trader-Bot
etc.

Cryptsy does not recommend ANY 3rd party tools. Use them at your own risk!

Why is there so much complaining about Cryptsy?

I have yet to have a single problem with them other then being a little sluggish at times. But never had any troubles with deposits, even just depositing 5 IFC took just 5 minutes.

Why is there so much complaining about Cryptsy?

Because they have serious issues. Especially with lost deposits.

People tend to become very angry if they lose money, you know ...
