If you don't want to be known then online gambling would be preferable because no one can see you doing it especially during the times when your family members or relatives are against it. There is a disadvantage in this setting though because you can just easily access your online account and then transfer some funds in case you are out of funds for gambling and you can be prone to being addicted if no one knows that you are gambling so you have to face the battle yourself.

As for traditional gambling, some people go there because they just want the kind of ambiance they feel when they are in a casino and they can enjoy for themselves. There are also times that the people they wanted to meet are there that's why they are in a casino. It has not been so long to see the online casinos and that most of the gamblers are only aware of the casinos and the traditional gambling. There are not even aware of this thing that any such thing even exists and that it will take time for things to change. I do not really like going outdoors and in order to fulfill my love for gambling, I gamble online. But my gamble is mostly on football matches because I have been watching them religiously for almost a decade now and can make an educated guess about the matches. I was able to successful predict the result of quarter finals and semi finals of Champions league and hence was able to make some amount of money. So I prefer online gambling more.

I live in a place where it will take me 2 hours driving to reach the nearest casino (traditional brick and mortar) and before I even enter the place I would need to go through a lot security checks and I have to show them that I have enough money to spend before I can come in. This is one of the reason why I would rather play online than in real casino. I don't need to dress up and no one knows that I gamble since I do it inside my man cave.

We all enjoy gambling but we have different opinions based on our own experienced. For me, I much prefer traditional gambling. Why ? It is not about scam or phishing techniques. Impersonating oneself to be someone else is not required to take away money from gamblers as this game itself is a big scam. It gives hopes to player that he can win big amounts but then what happens. A gambling player tends to lose more than win, whether he is a part of online gambling site or visits some land based casinos. His money is not safe here.

Yeah traditional gambling is more fun when you play with your friends because earning profit is less more important. It can also be played with your family which can become a family bonding but of course there are people who thinks badly about gambling. It maybe because of norms/religion/personal beliefs/knowing the negative effects of gambling which in result make gamblers become sinners to the eyes of other people. These people who wouldn't want to let others know that they are gambling especially to their family would prefer online gambling than the traditional. You are right my friend, it depends from individual taste, some people like one way, other like other way, and there is no way for anyone to say what is better, everything has its pros and cons! What I like about traditional casinos is the feeling when you go there, you can`t go in pijamas, you are well served, when its about poker you see other people, and its totally different game play. What is good about online casinos is that you sit at home alone and you can do what ever you wish beside gambling, different feeling from going to casino.
I like both ways, both are good. I think its easier to gamble online with any amount, going to traditional casino require a little bigger bankroll, its like that in my case, online I gamble for cents sometimes, but in traditional casino I go with full as possible wallet.
