Probably the biggest difference is that you can not play traditional gambling in many places. Many countries do not allow casinos to be opened and all you usually have is sports betting in many countries and some do not even have that. So people go back to online gambling.

However even if I was living in las vegas out of all places, I would still sometimes gamble at home because it is just easier to open up your pc and gamble. Both are definitely gambling, just the access of it are different. Just like you said, you could easily access online gambling but gambling in the office is not good. lol. I am introvert and it is really hard to be on these types of places even if you say that it is fun gambling there with other people are winning in the real casinos, it is really uncomfortable the longer the time I was in there. More and more people come, sit with you and talk to you and I am not used to that. Even as a teacher, I am still introvert but not in the school but in the places where I am spend my "me" time.

In my country there is no casino and I gamble mostly online but for very short time, I know that regular and continuous gambling will destroy my life and will take all my money. Therefore I just give very small time to online gambling and not every day but once or twice in a week. I know the consequences of gambling no matter traditional or online both are not good.

It is right that mostly those people gable online that have no time to visit casino, otherwise I think that traditional casino gambling is much better than online gambling, because there you can not only gamble but also enjoy a lot.
