As yet there is no legal material available, and anyone purporting to claim as such, is to be treated as pure hearsay. Once any material is available it will be distributed and stamped with CCCB approval and placed on here and the websites.

At the moment Crypto's are technically being treated as any stock type investment and it would be natural to assume that any taxation would follow normal rules as applied to trading any stock or currency.

More likely to be treated like a commodity for now like everywhere else.
