Have a some mill to sell my self, whats the street price?

There is no price for a coin with 8% premine. When dev starts dumping it will be worth nothing. Wakey wakey.

why do you have negative trust rep?
Why is almost every one in this premined clone coin thread a relative newbie who speaks like an old head?

i see you have a quark which happened to be premined aswell
It wasn't but keep trying.

So...is anything happening with this coin?

I have 10k DIME and if it isn't going to an exchange I'd like to trade it or sell it

Don't know for sure but I believe that the developer team has some projects under construction. Keep your eyes open and give them some time. Patience.

Hi

I start Solo mining this coin but after 24 hours i got noting .
All block fund rejected , I think DimeCoin has problem .
Anyone can help me ?

Dimecoin mining difficulty is 116.43712783 at the moment so mining Dimes has got a lot harder with all the new mining power on the coin. Also it depends of what kind of hardware you're using. You have set: "setgenerate true -1" from your wallet console, right? You can see the progress with: "getmininginfo".

There's something very strange going on with the http://dime.mine-pool.net/ pool.  I connected up and got 3x 50K payouts in about the first two minutes.  Then got a 145 payout a few seconds later, then nothing since then - for hours.  The other people in the pool seem to be getting payouts just fine.  Big ones.  Just nothing to any of my addresses.   VERY strange.

This is not so strange once you realize the formula for the block reward:

Code:
Block Number % 1024 * base Coins

What it means is the block reward starts at 1024, and ends at 1048576 every 1024 blocks. So the block reward changes while you mine. If you keep mining eventually you will reach the higher reward blocks and suddenly you will get very nice rewards.

The formula is in the first post, but I think most people do not notice it initially.

Also note that the difficulty has gone up quite a lot. Mining with anything below 1-2Mhash is going to be very random when you will hit a block reward.

So I guess i'm not going to get compensated then for my 3-4 uncredited coins then.  Looks like my post was over looked.

Have tried to get this wallet working by adding various nodes in threads but nothing is working- still says no block source available.
Any ideas?

I have been getting very regular payouts once I moved my 6 Mh/s worth of miners over to http://dime.npool.org/.  There are periods of a few minutes that go by without any rewards, not hours and hours of other people receiving rewards and me nothing - like happened on dime.mine-pool.net

I'm happy now. Got some money on my PayPal from christmas and i'm ready to buy some DimeCoins. Make me an offer via PM. I really believe in DimeCoin and like to buy them, but only if not to expensive  Wink

If someone likes to give me a  donation, please see my signature. I will spend the income for promotions. This coin needs to get traded, just because of the great name it has. I hope that more people get active. Forget shit coins like doge and cat, this one needs a chance.

Paypal can, and will, refund your money if you requested it, leaving the person you bought the coins from in the dust, so you're going to have a hard time buy altcoins with paypal.
