Hi... how does one mine dimecoin?
I've tried pooler's CPUMiner as per one of the dimepool's instructions, however it does not accept the parameter -a quark
Preferably I would like to mine dimecoin on a linux machine, but also windows at time.
can you please help? are there any instructions?
You use the same methods and the same mining code as is used for mining Quark. This one has pretty good performance on Linux systems, and is the one I've been using: https://github.com/uncle-bob/quarkcoin-cpuminerTo compile it look for (google) instructions on mining Quark and installing Quark mining on Linux, and you should be able to figure it out. |
