Swisscex.com is new exchange (good but young) and have very low volume.
We need do some marketing activities to re-attract the interest and miners.
Some steps have already been taken and Hover will soon announce them (Others are in the plans).
When we will increase the interest of coin, rate should rise (people will stop sell Hotcoin almost free)
in the meantime Swisscex should develop and increase volume.
All the time we search larger exchanges. The more familiar they are picky in choosing coins.
Therefore, we first need to prove to them (by attracting people) that Hotcoin alive and
have perspective - for stable and big volume (exchange need volume - they live from fee of volume).
