Hi, I got banned for "unsubstantial posts + signature campaign (7 days)" on the other account. Does it mean that after 7 days I will be able to post again or I am banned forever?

Are you sure of the reason for the ban? It's my first time that I know participation in signature campaigns causes a ban.
Can you show the ban message?
The main reasons of banned forever are copy/paste without source, Spam, and phishing links.
Next time read sticky rules first.

So yea, most likely posting stuff without much content(probably useless one-liners) just to gain postcount for OP's campaign that he/she joined. Probably well deserved in my opinion.

This is what you need the most.

Staff do not want to hand out bans for unconstructive posts but if we feel that you as a user are continually making very poor or unsubstantial posts due to your paid signature the following bans will be issued:

First offence: 7 days
Second offence: 14 days
Third offence: 30 days
Fourth: Permanent ban

If it says that you are only banned for 7 days, then your ban will be lifted 7 days from the time.you have been banned. What you should worry about when you get back after your ban gets lifted is the possibility of getting red trust because you said here in your statement that you were banned on your other account(which is not prohibited by the rules but discouraged).

 You should not be posting anything right now.
It's not your account that is banned it is you.  If mods find out you are posting here with an alt account you will be banned permanently.  Good luck.
