Again, must-see if you haven't already (link is full movie). Cultural icon and frightening how close we've already gotten...

V for Vendetta, 2005
For all those that want to understand the background of the Mask, pretty deep movie (not your typical hollywood action blockbuster but still well-made)

Original movie from 1945, still very worthwhile to watch.

Lord of the Flies, 1990
(Full Movie) extremely well-made and dense social/psychological movie.

I watched those 2 movies. The Island and V for Vendetta. I like those two 2 movies.

I havent seen either in its entirety, but the extended one is like 22 or 23 mins longer

I read it's a much different cut with different plot lines as well though. Not sure how much truth there is too it.

I also love me some dystopian films one that comes to mind the "They Live".  That is a clever film indeed and another one I think is the "The Network".  I liked that one also and they are worth a watch.

I'll probably end up watching it, because I really enjoy watching as many movies as I possibly can.

But the idea behind it is soooooo crazy! They have a perpetual motion engine figured out, and they live on a moving train?

Actually I can't wait to see this one and the argumentation behind it. Consider me hooked up!

I tried watching that, but it wasn't clear enough for me...Action movies need to be clear or they are hard to watch.   The subtitles are huge too!   Must be for the vision impaired...lol

Yeah, I wouldn't bother until there's a dvd/bluray rip out but that'll probably be a while.
