Instead of correcting the funds error issue I've had for more than a week, they took lots of BTC and LTC off my account. and yet I can't withdraw, the error is still there!
this is absurd and extremely fishy.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

sorry if I didn't post earlier, but the problem was resolved after a long chat with the customer service. there was a mistake on their side when they did the accounting. they realized the mistake and credited back was what missing. so basically, issue sorted.

Not good to scream scam right away wait and be patient with customer service.  Your only damaging a legitimate exchange reputation

I am sorry to hear that, I know you also had funds stuck at Vircurex (two hits is worse than one)
I hope you eventually will recover all your loses.

Cryptography is one of the few things you can truly trust.

well, overall I think they took something like 2 btc off my account, but I might be wrong. I couldn't make all the accounting, too many trades in there. So I assumed theirs was right and I was more than happy to recover over 11 out of 13 that was missing. Took me a few days to work that out with them and lots of hassles, but in the end I've got them. Support now seems much better (they have a skype account now, where the support is quite responsive, at that time I had to do all through QQ). Sorry if I cried for wolf, but at that time was justified.
