I think yes, as they have fixed rate in EUR, not the ETH, that’s why price of token may vary

Actually, you are wrong. When you buy tokens, you get some gift. Its vary from +30% to +45%, so we can think that devs have raised about 120k EUR, which is much lower than your guess

The bar is missing you are right , but in the details of the ICO section you have the number of coins sold until now.
