At $5 per GH i've seen worse deals on this forum and for 6 months of coordinating, setting it up, and having the idea I felt it is a reasonable fee but am open to suggestions.

I will use bitcoin wisdom to calculate each persons share of the pool dividends. For example mike has 10 shares I input 100 GH into bitcoin wisdom calculator to give me his share, John has 1 share, I input 10 GH/s into bitcoin wisdom to give me his share. That's all i mean there.

Not taking Escrow as a payment form as have had a bad experience with it. Bitcoin to wallet only.

At $35.5 a share or thereabouts I will update the btc price per share daily or when there are any major swings up or down. All other details are set out in the OP.

Receipts are a good idea and happy to send if people want one they can pm their email address.

Why use bitcoin wisdom to calculate payment?  One share = 1% of the bitcoin generated.  Much simpler to calculate and doesn't penalize the buyers if they get lucky.
