So I recently read and article about FedEx Corporation is investing in blockchain. What do you think will be the effect of this in the crypto market? Do you think big companies will also follow what FedEx did?

when you want to talk about an article then you have to also post it in your comment.

in any case a lot of companies are starting to look into blockchain but it is the technology they are interested in and that doesn't mean they will use bitcoin, that also doesn't mean they will create a coin. and when and if they start using the blockchain technology it won't have any effects on the cryptocurrency market anyways because they just improved their internal services in a centralized and closed source way.

It's a nice move that has been taken by the feel of a great confidence or a big step to invest, and I'm sure and believe that the Fed's move will be followed by many big companies.

I think this move of FedEx is very beneficial to the company because blockchain technology is technology is very agile in terms payments collection and remittances, I think the management were sees as an opportunity.

Always provide a link when you are posting a news. I searched about this news and I found the link below

"FedEx Founder Convinced that Blockchain Will revolutionize the Industry"
Seems that they are going to use blockchain technology in future.

This is possibly the article the author is talking about. https://www.coindesk.com/fedex-moves-forward-blockchain-logistics-plans/

On this article we can read that FEDEX is trying to itegrate the blockchain technology into their system and on their daily operations.  The said use of blockchain is not to create another cryptocurrency but it will be used to monitor the deliveries so they can satisfy their clients by ensuring that all goods are being delivered. Using blockchain technology the sending and receiving goods will be easily be seen via blockchain.

Yes, I also learned the news today. FEDEX is a well-known express delivery company, trying to iterate block chain technology into their systems and daily operations. Perhaps this is likely to improve their efficiency. We know the express industry is very efficient in working efficiency. It is a good thing for such a well-known company to use block chain technology. Perhaps in a few years, most large companies will consider using this technology.

This is probably the source you are talking about. "FedEx is sure that blockchain technology will revolutionize the logistics industry, and they don't want to be left behind." - Source https://www.ccn.com/tracking-key-shipments-fedex-is-testing-with-blockchain
A company like fedex which focuses on freight and scattered around the globe is an example of a huge corporation that is adopting a centralize information but functioning in a decentralize form. In these case, they could really adopt the blockchain technology which work just like their company. However, an open ledger style of information about each transaction is not suitable inorder to protect its customers.

This got me exited - " It is estimated that blockchain applications will represent 10% of global GDP, so it makes sense for

logistics companies to tap into the tech early. Alongside industry experts and BiTA, the blockchain could help propel the

shipping industry into a new era.
" - Source : https://www.ccn.com/tracking-key-shipments-fedex-is-testing-with-blockchain/

The sad part is that Blockchain does not necessarily mean, Bitcoin. They will most probably develop their

own  in-house centralized "Blockchain" based technology that would be in competition with Bitcoin.  Angry ... So this is not

good news for Bitcoin.  Roll Eyes

I think yes, it can do by other big companies because day by day Bitcoin is became much more wider and I believe that it can reached it's massive adaptation just give to it a matter of time. As we can notice, for now many companies are really thinking better about cryptosystem and just for a lot of times that they study about this system atlast they've been realize the importance of it to our economy and to their business so they decided to involve to this system so I believe that sooner or later Bitcoin can reach it's massive adaptation.

I am also heard in yesterday I think now it was tested in the Blockchain technology. But this is not a effect in Crypto market because already number of MNC companies are adopting the Blockchain technology so this is base of the other logistics courier. In future all the companies are adopting the Blockchain technology that day is the big effect on Crypto platform.

It would have been better if you had insert the link as to where the reading happened as this would give a better understanding about what is being discussed and the angle which the comment can be directed. The interest on the part of FedEx would be more about the blockchain technology rather than bitcoin itself. Its no longer a gossip that companies are investing in the technology to have a seamless and more efficient process in their activities.

A company like FedEx with international presence dealing with goods and human beings handling all of this would definitely see the need for blockchain and because they have the fund to experiment and develop to be tailored for their needs, its worth a try. I believe when this is rolled out, other companies would have no other choice than to fall in line.

It seems that our bitcoin news channels do not realize this and by the frequency that our bitcoin news channels publish this news it seems that our bitcoin news channels believe that this will somehow be beneficial for bitcoin

What do you think will be the effect of this in the crypto market?

Being more and more big companies looking into investing in blockchain technology if if they further venture in Bitcoin or create their own cryptocurrency, this in effect will create a very good impression to the market. Goodluck to everyone who's supporting the technology.
