I've made 10 payments so far, and got all returned within few minutes with profit, obviously not a scam..!
And stop using the word scam, if it's only because you're impatient..

I use the word "scam" because I was given an amount to pay that was incorrect and I didn't show up in the chain at all; someone else got that link in the chain.

Same here. Scam? This is how much it told me to send for freddie, and I sent it, but it looks like someone else got this iteration of block, or maybe the owner cut and ran with my eac? Not sure, not very good at reading blockchain. the address I put in was eck4FwVfU9UheGmyibZYaw9LAc7VbjJooG Status: 8 confirmations, broadcast through 8 nodes Date: 12/27/2013 16:24 To: egwoJCB2xb8fwZFCmDGGcanBnHzrsXXbQq Debit: -12353.254 EAC Transaction fee: -0.01 EAC Net amount: -12353.264 EAC Transaction ID: 3b95656ffd4a6820d0faef3f9e765e20c1f79601e1e3d077b42e8056d941e5c4 No, promise not a scam! EDIT: I can see your payment, and also see you didn't get paid. Looks like it didn't quite confirm in time; putting payment reservation time up. I have refunded 15K to eck4FwVfU9UheGmyibZYaw9LAc7VbjJooG, with transaction ID fecf09cd31ef14a8526d90eca1fc0a9dd91fd1717bafe572d1cfa1d75919e687.[/b]
So that was the problem, I didn't quite confirm fast enough? You're waiting for 3 confirms I assume? 5 minutes does cut that a bit close.

JonnyBravo, mind explaining how this works?
If I send an amount of EAC to the generated address, how does the system knows that I, myself, am the one who sent the EAC and not another guy?
Is there a link between the sender's identity and the generated address? I know for instance that I could create more receiving addresses from my wallet. Would these addresses work too?

When you sign up to sponsor a planet you sign it by entering your EAC address, the planet will then be reserved for that exact address, where the sales profit will be sent to as well.

Seems like some planet get's sold twice which leaves one of the sponsors payment left in the system. But besides that, everything works perfect.

Basically, anyone could send to the generated address right? Let's say I have two wallets. Wallet A reserves the planet with its receiving address. I take the generated address (where you are supposed to send your coins) and give it to another guy (Wallet B). Wallet B (the other guy) pays the exact required amount to the generated address which was given by wallet A. Would wallet A get paid at the end?

I'll leave JohnnyBravo at answering that question, since he's the owner and creator of the site. But logic tells me that Wallet A would get paid in your scenario. According to johnny, that happened because my payment wasn't confirmed in the 5 minute window. He says he bumped up the confirmation window, so it probably won't happen again. Not only that, Johnny didn't just refund me, he paid me what I would have received if I had gotten my payment in. I consider this resolved.
