Hi, BitcoinTalk community. I understand that I have no option but to wait. However now that this issue seems to be affecting at least four other users, I thought I'd post this to make you aware of the ongoing deposit/withdrawal issues at Stake. In summary, I withdrew bitcoin on May the 11th and have yet to receive my withdrawal or credit for it. The link is the extent of my conversing with support about the problem.

At this point, I'll admit I'm somewhat concerned as some other users have been instructed that they needed to "wait for an admin to log on" only to find themselves in the position of being told the same thing later on. While my and one other user's issues are related to bitcoin (the other user is having a deposit delay problem), most of the others are associated with ETH.

Bumping this.

A casino should put more priority on such matters. The only time ive seen them delay withdraws like this are when they do reviews on a user suspected of cheating. But they should have mentioned something by now.

A bitcoin casino that cant send a withdrawal request within minutes is a joke! Especially a week? I mean sure they have just implemented ethereum and constantly updating their site, but they arent even professional enough  to provide adequate and accurate information to you about what is going on. It doesnt make sense for a withdrawal to have to be resubmitted.

Almost sounds like their stalling.

That screenshot shows the support saying she had already checked the status of the withdraw with the devs yet has so little info on the issue,

Since when do withdraws require acceleration by devs? Since when are withdrawals "resent", Its not even a empty hot wallet issue, so the reason as to why the withdrawal has not been sent is not clear at all.

Can we get more attention on this please, no player should have their money treated like this. Nor should we trust a casino that has such awful and misleading communication!

A dev has popped up in chat. At the same time several users deposit issues have been resolved.

But Devs are working so i think everything will be fine.

Stake just has bad communication...

OP, no matter how small the withdrawal, do NOT let this go and let them keep your money. It's yours, straight and simple. If the site has a problem with withdrawals (and since you don't seem to mind them keeping it, I'm sure it's a small amount) then every potential and existing player has the right to know... and the necessary feedback should be made.

Bad support is not an excuse, it is a reason for success and failure. Crypto gambling is a complex issue as it is having to trust anonymous owners. Let's not make it easier for them to get away with such things.

this becomes very important, when some withdrawals are striking and support is slowing down. this will be a chat and some people will allege that the site will scam.
Negative feedback will come soon for sites that engage in such actions.

I had read up the screenshot conversation which is very very long to read up and having the same reply where you should really have that patience  Cheesy. I dont know if Stake do requires bench32 address when it comes to withdrawals because usually gambling sites do make use the older one. B32 is segwit. Ive been seeing into their reply related into that matter which might really resolve the issue but most of them do have the same replies and suggestions.

The amount isn't in the thousands range, so it's nothing impressive like that, though it is in the hundreds regarding value. I suppose I'll keep trying at getting them to either finally credit or process my withdrawal, though it's been a turn off talking to support who aren't being straightforward with me. If I had been told a week ago that it could take a considerable amount of time, that would have been an incredibly annoying thing to hear, but at least I wouldn't have been hanging around only to be further frustrated. It's not fun being told that my problem is that I need to wait for an administrator to log in, seeing them a day later in the general chat, then not even being responded to when asking about my situation only to be told I need to wait for an administrator to log in again.

I appreciate the responses, truly.  Smiley
We do know that kind of feeling where we do need to wait up and been told or instructed for how many times but still the issue havent been resolved but i do believe they will process it soon. Stake being handled by reputable person if there would be some issues they would really solve it no matter what and they wont risk their reputation. The annoying thing here is that our Patience cant really hold much longer.   Grin

You will get your withdrawal no matter what. Also, as I saw on their forum, you have been told that your withdrawal will most likely be canceled because it has been unsupported on their end and you will be able to withdraw your funds to another address.

As far as support team goes, not that I'm defending anyone but we know from the past that the communication between the support team and developers is not that great. But you will get your money no matter what, you can be sure in that.

Opening multiple tickets to support won't speed up the process. Support doing their best, like on any site they do not have that much permissions and access to site, case seems specific and obviously require devs assistance.
The new update with ETH probably messed the site.
I also have balance from affiliate commission which cannot be withdrawn at this moment because of the last update, told me that they are aware and working on fix.
Never have any problems with owners and I was successfully paid before from PPP campaigns and the referrals I redirected to their sites, I'm sure they will fix it and we will continue to have good relations in the future.
