I love this pool - http://moonminers.org/

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

WALLET UPDATE:

We apologize for the lack of a wallet. We didn't intend for the qt source to be placed on the git as it is clearly unfinished. But in the rush to get the source out, it slipped by.

We now have the wallet un-doged and corrected. The source has been committed.

If there is anyone out there who can assist with compiling the Windows and OS X wallets, it would be of tremendous help!

Ok, will update now.

Wait for nocoin's wallet update . The last one he compiled didn't contain any viruses

Since the difficulty ramped up to 77.74597761 the hashrate started to decline from about 18 GH/s to current 6.6 GH/s

The coin is going down .... new difficulty expected in 2 hours, I'd guess around 20 or 25.

I had ~44K in shares for a round when stratum server for mulitpool decided to disconnect about 20 mins ago.  After reconnection, those shares vanished.  WTF?

FYI the address that got payouts for block 1-500 or whatever belongs to multipool (2DkNHNQh38ZyMsMraPMvvkbtSP5rKefVdA). At least my withdrawal from multipool was posted from that address

Maybe everyone knew this already? Haven't read all replies here yet...

Still does not take away the fact that Multipool had the source long before anyone else. It was a dick move.

Why the fuck does everyone yell its premined scam stolen 600 mil etc shit.

If you have brain you fkin do some math. I got 1 mil coins in 30-45 mins from launch at 3 mhash. Imagine if 600 ppl were at multipool or even more !!

Thats  simple math dont be stupid

No, don't be grumpy and lets continue mining and cite.

Fuck off dude. We can be as grumpy as we like. Not everyone was in the multipool. We were all waiting for the source release while you and the others on multipool were making a killing. Damn straight you want us to mine now otherwise your shit is worthless too.

Still does not take away the fact that Multipool had the source long before anyone else. It was a dick move.

The reason it was done this way was clearly outlined here:

http://mooncoin.wordpress.com/2013/12/29/regarding-pools-and-chain-forking/

It was done this way to prevent a forked chain. What did not expect was the crushing amount of traffic that we received that immediately crashed Multipool's servers.

If you read the post pre launch, it was done to stop block chain forking, but even so, it didn't go as planned obviously.
