The newer versions of CGminer are odd in that they will say "Found block for pool" when it really didn't. Don't ask me why.

If your CGminer looks like this then you are doing it right.

Oh, yea forgot to mention I didn't reset cgminer, I switch between pool mining and solo. Soloing your Accepts will only go up when you mine a block for real.
