How do you mine less than 40 solo? Or is your PROP ratio on a pool low due to low Khs? Are you on a notnull.org pool?

I've setup a p2pool for GRDT (0% FEE, PPLNS etc - Testing at the moment).
Just point interested miners to:

Keep in mind, it's still in tests but payouts should go well.
