Is this project still maintained by OP?

The last commit on the GitHub repository was on 26th of August and he's still active in the forums so I don't think It's abandoned.

Then, this thread may have been abandoned. OP has not posted here for long...

No commits since 2014, A beta version and it says it was made by OutCast3k.

It's possible that it was by OP and then he changed the repository because apparently, the first version released on the new repository is 1.1 while the link you're referring to is 1.0.

I don't see why you would use something unstable and that might have bugs though. So If you're planning to do that, make sure to check the source code and not just run it as well, just to be sure that it doesn't contain anything malicious.

If this version belongs to OutCast3k why then they do not delete or update this version?
I looked at /JS/ there is not even a standard RFC 6979 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6979)

Hi,
I am sorry, but i am not sure where to ask my question. Please can you tell me how to find the "Private key (WIF key)" from "AES-256 Encrypted WIF key" ?
I have created a BTG adress on coinb.in, I have the AES-256 Encrypted WIF key and my password.

Many thanks for your Help

I looked at /JS/ there is not even a standard RFC 6979 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6979)

My conclusion came based on two things:

1. The current repository has version 1.1 as the first release which means that 1.0 might have been somewhere else (in the link you gave).

2. Whoever posted that release wanted to give credit to OutCast3k. I don't this is likely because coinb.in was not famous back then, so someone hosting something for phishing people is unlikely.

Either way though, I wouldn't suggest using it even If it was from the original creator, because it might contain a lot of bugs.

I did run into one hiccup. Blocktrail.com has been discontinued, so you can't get unspent outputs from them anymore. When you do the setup, you need to select blockdozer.com for retrieving unspent outputs.

Go to Settings tab, on Network select "Bitcoin Cash", then go down to unspent outputs and select blocktrail.com, finally hit the "submit" button. You should get a green confirmation saying " Settings updates successfully".

https://github.com/coinbin/coinbin is not my repo, I have never controlled it, I lodged a complaint with github and they had no issue with it at the time.

Please only use https://github.com/OutCast3k/coinbin

Would it be very difficult to provide support for Bitcoin Forks like BCH, BSV, BTG & BCD at Coinb.in?

Update on  http://www.motelmaya.com/BCH/BCH.html today.

Removed Blocktrail.com from settings options since it has been discontinued. Now will default to Blockdozer when you select BCH.

I ran a test to make sure everything still worked. Redeem TX (time locked address): Txid: 0a3d3c49714962235fef3508f16b8643b5265db0b36ff3a66b925615f220cc4f

Is it possible to access the Bitcoin fee calculator (specifically the recommended fees value) through an API? I've tried this URL but that's returning access denied.

Mine was updated to link to https://bitcoinfees.earn.com, but it isn't an API, you have to calculate it manually.

I'm aware of earn.com, and I stopped using them because of their overestimation. I find coinb.in to be cheaper and more accurate.

Coinb.in's fee estimation has stopped working. Look at the block height. It shows that #590168 is the latest block, but it was mined 12 days ago.

That's a fork of the original version and it's not maintained by the same developer. I would suggest contacting Decker (same Github repository).

hi all !
first thanks to outcast3k for your hard work!
this is the best tool in the space to expertise and experiment with raw advanced transactions like no one other.
my question is :
i want to send a tx with two inputs one outputs , but using sighash flag SIGHASH_ALL|SIGHASH_ANYONECANPAY , for the purpose of simulfunding a particular address. two different users apport one utxo eachone.
it's possible make this work on coinb.in?  how is the process?
whats the purpose of the field "script" in "new transaction" "inputs" "advanced options"
thanks.
