Why do both you and Ninja say brought instead of bought? Search the posts. I hope you're not the same person...

Yep.

I got more than one.

I just got bunch from my contact inside Bestbuy & another inside a wholesaler.

I got several at the reasonable price.
Also I got a couple being shipped to me for re-selling purposes.

i wanted to buy the 32 but his story is changing... first he bought it at full price... and he has 1 of them

now he has multiple and hes getting them from a "best buy hookup"

i think ill hold my horses here and wait to see how this pans out  Huh

my fears would dissappear with a detailed post explaining the real deal

I also agreed to purchase a 16gb model. I think I'll wait until I hear some feedback from others or if Ninja provides some past trades.

This account was a fraudulent account.

I have the one that I got on Aug. 10.

Then I bought more from my bestbuy contact.

And I got some from eBay just for re-selling purposes

And I have sold many things.

I have sold a EVO 3D & a few laptops.

And Hundreds of Humble Bundles when it was on.

This account was a fraudulent account created by a girl in Melbourne, Australia. There is no point messaging this account, continue with reversing all paypal transactions.

only now to I decide to check block explorer after I pay him half and I see now that this is a new address. I feel like he might have given us a new address for each of us to cover tracks

What I paid to: http://blockexplorer.com/address/1Gzgq8E1g82VsQ5v9EVF9cJgz7oQJRiFyS

Or he could have given each of you a new address because that's recommended standard practice

I'm not implying anything fishy is going on here fyi. Just being cautious and waiting for info or some links of good reference.

dont send this guy anymore money, he is responding in the smallest sentences possible. (Look at his last post)

he has not mentioned shipping details, what provider he would use, etc etc... things any basic seller would mention. such as "im shipping it in a box in a box" or "its coming USPS" or "its coming UPS" or "what shipping service would you like me to use?"

He just happens to be able to tell people everything they want to hear and nothing more...

(filter his posts)

Im not buying from him and this is clearly a scam. Anything other than a well thought out extremely detailed post with a highly educated reading level portrayed will further prove (in my opinion) that this poster is scamming as many people as he can.

lastly i mentioned escrow and he didnt even reference that (in private message)
Im a frequent eBayer and if he got them "on eBay" well they're going for 300 dollars on average right now, just go to www.ebay.com and check for yourself , so there is no way possible he bought them on eBay to resell for EVEN LESS MONEY here. if you sent him any BTC kiss it goodbye forever and ever. When i sell products i immediately give tracking shipment information after the buyer has paid. i mean immediately. once they send me the money, its no longer my good and i feel obligated to take it to ups/usps or print digital shipping for pickup.

either he's a freshman in highschool or he's hiding something (or maybe english is not their first language). Normal people who do business do not speak with such candor or with such sporadic statements.

also compare his posting style to the posting style of the user who "bought a macbook pro for him and sent first"
 (in this same topic)

how many people type one sentence and then hit enter and then type one more short sentence repeatedly for the whole post... not many. They're the same poster or they happen to think  and talk in exactly the same manner. they both even randomly use the ampersand sign (&) in place of "and" but will type the word "And" if it is the start of a sentence... how many native english speakers do you know that use "&" in the middle of a sentence but start a sentence with the normal word

Glad I'm not the only one who was suspecting this. A forum admin could see if the IP's matched easy enough. But if they didn't match, doesn't mean anything, could be smart enough to log in to each account from somewhere else (proxy).

I think I'll stay away until I hear someone legit post a good word about Ninja (even though I really want a cheap Touchpad).

Good catches.  Also, the "brought" vs "bought" misspelling from both profiles.

I hope, for the sake of the people who have already paid him, that he is not a scammer.  But this sort of stuff is hard to explain...
