I also find it strange that we have called out Stefanie Andrea and this person hasn't even defended themselves...even though this person posts on almost every thread.

Still fully agree. I am not sure how to get things resolved or how to make it better. But in the depressed state of world why rip off people. Especially in your own community. |

I haven't seen any evidence that the Paypal Stefanie use (Jung Whitley) is the same Paypal account Hollie/Ninja accepted funds at. So far it's just hearsay. It could be true. I just haven't seen any evidence.
It is. I've had dealings with Ninja/Hollie and sent payment to that address, and I can also confirm that the name was Jung Whitley before being changed to Yung Whitley. |

Well, looks like all the users that have messaged me re: buying MtGox USD for paypal USD are now listed in this thread. - Ninja/Hollie I actually did make a transaction with and am now in appeals with Paypal to reverse the transaction
- Stefanie Andrea offered but I declined both because I was currently trying to resolve Ninja/Hollie, and the transaction would take longer than I liked
- Pearikay messaged the following day asking if I was still looking to buy MtGox USD. I declined citing that I was being scammed by Ninja/Hollie. I also received a PM out of the blue from this user just staating, "Hello", to which I responded... "Hi"
As mentioned, I'm still in dispute with Paypal on the Ninja/Hollie/Jung/Yung Whitley account. For some reason Paypal had closed the case without communication from either party and went ahead and deducted my credit card for $300 USD (I even put a stop payment through my bank to prevent the transaction from taking place). I opened an appeal with Paypal on the transaction as I'm now still out the $300 plus the $10 it cost me to put a stop payment on the transaction. If this drags out, then I'll probably be looking at interest on the $300 as well. |
