Hi, I'm pretty new to this - I got interested in virtual currencies primarily because of SexCoin. I believe that the coin is underperforming a bit and I'd like to open a post where we can brainstorm about some ideas to get it moving and to empower us to take action on those ideas. It seems that many of the SexCoin enthusiasts are waiting for someone else (some merchant for example) to embrace SexCoin and begin accepting it. I think that actually those of us interested in seeing the coin succeed have the power broaden awareness and acceptance.

My top recommendation is for each of us take action by offering tips to live performers. Some of the more popular sites with live performance (that I've heard of at least) include chaturbate.com, cam4.com, livejasmine.com, and nakedasiancams.com. If we start heading out to sites such as these en masse, offering the performers nominal tips in SXC, we can encourage them to acquire a SXC address and begin posting them on their profile pages. Anonymity in transactions like this, tipping an online adult performer, is the top selling point for SXC in my mind.

Hmm, I always pay normal fees, but the lag for bitcoin transfers is always profound compared to litecoin. These are transfers between various exchanges where the fee isn't modifiable. It has been enough of a crapshoot with Bitcoin that I do not know what to expect, so I just convert to litecoin. If I didn't need the funds to be available in a different exchange quickly, the delay wouldn't be an issue.
