This coin didn't have a good launch but it was definitely a way better launch compared to the mooncoins instamine launch yesterday.

If people keep mining it this coin, it will most likely hit exchanges in a week. It will sell for around 2000 to 6000 monacoins for a BTC.

Considering I have nearly 1500 now, all with a mere GTX 670, I'd be ecstatic if I could sell it all for .25 BTC, considering it's taken me like 2 weeks to even get ~0.12 BTC or so from nothing from trading all over the place.

Thats the reason why people like mining coins at low difficulty when the coin is first released lots of coins.

People have to keep mining this coin and get the difficulty to 300 or else the coin won't even be added to an exchange.

Well I'm still mining even though I'm now only getting maybe a dozen coins an hour, though my own pitiful 300KH/s isn't going to help the network hashrate out much.

I was solo mining for a while and doing well, but I have now switched over to a pool again. I would say the payout atm is about the same, but a pool will start to benefit more as the diff goes up.

I think 1 CAT : 8 MONA would be a good ratio. Though maybe start it off at 1:5 and let the prices even out naturally.

If anything CAT is vastly underpriced at the moment, given that prices are still hovering around 0.001 when difficulty just went up nearly 3x and network hashrate has plummeted. I think there are some large players manipulating the CAT prices to be lower than normal though (there are some 2000+ CAT buy and sell orders on Cryptsy that seem to be all owned by the same person which are forcing CAT prices to hover within that price range).

I had set up auto payout threshold on http://mona.2chpool.com to 1.

Now all the coins I mined earlier that didn't show up on my balance during mining are starting to slowly flow into my wallet!

Once http://mona.2chpool.com is back up everyone will probably have their coins in their account. I hope everyone gets their coins from that site.

I used both monapool and 2chpool at first, switching back and forth depending on which went down. I have been getting good payouts from both over the last 5 hours even after I stopped mining then for like 3 hours.
