This could be good to wait a bit before hitting exchange. Mona was NOT premined as far as I know and seems to have a good mine base although has been on decline on P2p.

There is very little marketing or PR and I think this is the biggest weakness. If devs have a plan they sure are keeping it secret. If no movement in the next day of so, I agree with prev post...what's the point is supporting?

Hello,

I've gotten in touch with the developer through email. He's not a native English speaker, so it is hard for him to do promo on English speaking websites. Monacoin is quite active on 2ch.net, a Japanese message board.

No, I can't read Japanese. I have spoken to the developer over email, however. The coin is based on a "fun" Japanese meme, but he's taking the development of the coin seriously. Check out the official website if you haven't already: http://monacoin.org/en.

If, When the Japanese government is not willing to give the P2Pcoin to the public,  arrest  the developer on charges of something.

Looks like this coin has lost most of its momentum. If CoinedUp were going to add it I feel that they would have already done so, since they just added a heap of other coins (including Mooncoin, RonPaulcoin and Meowcoin).

Guess I'll never be able to get rid of this 1500 MONA.
