Yes he's scammed you splitting I think IlPresidenteX is his other alias, He tried to scam me but failed. Wish I said something here but I wasn't 100% sure until now.

Yeah, this guy is now claiming that I didn't send him 1k MONA to his address. I emailed him the proof and a link to the MONA blockchain and he signed out minutes later lol

I'm not that burned because I bought the MONA for cheap on the monatr.jp site. I'm going to mine myself back up to 3k. I'm just disappointed people like this exist, really.
