Hello Dev looks promising!

Cant you release the official wallet +- 10 minutes before launch with a password protected zip/rar ? And release the password on twitter or in this topic? For a smooth launch before some douche starts ddossing the DLlink of the wallet of smth. Strange things occur while new coins getting released. For safety get multiple mirrors on the wallets aswell.

This gives some time aswell for people to get ready for launch Smiley And smoothen the traffic of the download link

Block time: 5 minutes
Retarget: 2,016 blocks

Does it mean that retarget will apply every 7 days??? (5*2016/60)/24=7
Its very strange...

Retarget after 2016 blocks with 5 min block time will cause almost same problems as Catcoin (2016 / 10 min) has now: Dying if not getting forked.

Dev: u should reduce retarget to around 36.

In place of "wallet", do we have to put our wallet address? And what in place of "password"? And what's localip? Is it 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.(1,2,3,4)? And what's the port?

Correct me if I am mistaken...

This:
America: 17:00:00 EST
means 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Then why does the countdown currently say 11 hours left at 11am? That would put America's release time at 10pm EST not 5pm EST like the OP said.

So pools start working 30mins after launch?

Code:
On launch time: Release of Windows/Mac application which will give solo-miners a chance to grab some blocks/rewards
+30 Minutes: Release of first Giftcoin pool will be announced and sign-up will be open

And below we have links to minepools with open registration  Huh

shameless bump

The counter is broken guys. It depends on your time zone. The release time is stated in the first post.

+30 Minutes: Release of first Giftcoin pool will be announced and sign-up will be open

This is a joke, right? Sign up open 30 minutes after the launch? So the pool registration page collapses in 3 seconds and no-fucking-one can mine?? Why do you do stupid things like that?

for the noobs out there: today a new released coin reaches 1,000 difficulty in 10 mins after launch, so keep your expectations low, too many are jumping at once.

I wonder what's going on with two pools listed by OP - you can register there now.  Huh

This nerd sitting in his basement eating his mommas sandwiches is never gonna get this coin anywhere, there is 0% chance this will ever be accepted anywhere in the real world. Just gotta trust the integrity of exchange sites that they will reject this scam coin so he can't cash out his premine.

Lol! The pic you 'found' is more shopped than the original. Try again.
