Directbet stole over 5k from me. (9.04 BTC)

I placed a bet over a month ago and directbet has not returned it. They rejected the bet and then did not refund the btc. Instead they just update the betslip page posting someone elses transaction ID and said its to cover an unpaid bet.

Complete garbage from a garbage book.

Directbet ignores all posts, emails, and support requests.

I've sent an Eth bet for a football game that starts in 5minutes. I sent the bet over half an hour ago. Its still showing as no bets received, and 0 or 12 confirmations in Mist.

What happens now? If the bet shows up after the game starts, will it be honoured?

I just sent another smaller bet to the same address, which did arrive. So I've no idea why the other one isn't showing. Its not showing in etherscan.io etc

edit - transaction now vanished from Mist so this is an Ethereum issue rather than a Direct Bet one...

I was watching the game live and placing my bets in play as I go - I always double check bets were showing as confirmed and this one showed as confirmed before the goal was scored that made it a winning bet, so why wasn't it paid out?

Your bet # 0x09a0314ff304a72bde76b65a30d4d77aced4e03a was confirmed in error after the result was already determined and therefore it was voided.

It's true that you sent your bet transfer before the goal was scored, but by the time your bet transfer arrived and processed the goal was already scored. The bet should have been rejected but it was confirmed in error.

As you are a valued customer and since it is clear you wanted to place the bet before the goal was scored, we will honor the bet as a courtesy to you. We just sent you an additional payout of 228 ETH.
