It's going to be humorous when the trademark holders of nyan cat try to sue a decentralized currency...

Does it really matter? The coin is already irrelevant with a 3 coin block payout and 37 million coin premine. Does anyone realize they will be getting about a thousandth of a coin per block from pools IF you have 1.5 MH/s?

Let's be honest: Is ANYONE actually thinking that this coin will do any better or live any longer than DOGE or CAT or whatever "to the MOONcoin" there was recently? Just have a quick thought: This coin won't live longer than a month. And in that range of time no one will care for copyright. Do you think the dev will ever be heard of or seen of again, once this coin hits exchanges? That the dev is actually caring enough to give long-time support for this coin and spread the friggin 10% of all coins that will ever be mined? Sure, he surely will spread some, but there is absolutely no way to proof that he won't keep a neat fat bunch for himself. Anything beyond 10 Satoshis per coin will be too much for this, I am smelling a huge dump within the days that this coin hits exchanges.

Don't be foolish, this coin doesn't even have the potential for a good pump&dump, as even if you are lucky to mine a neat bunch of blocks in the first minutes of the launch, you very probably won't leave with much more than ~1000 coins. Compare that to 37,000,000 coins. Get it onto an exchange, make a dev really happy, have another dead coin.

And from me..

Idea of this coin is "Bring more new people" -  "newbie" people to cryptocoin... but.. Bringing NEW people to the Cryptocoin that will DIE after 1 month will make them to think that all crypto are "fake" "scam" etc.. then This "NYANCOIN" can make worse to the CryptoIdea then good.

I would rather focus my Time and Energy to Promote Existing Lite/Bite-coin idea...

If there will be so much scam-cryptocoin per month I suppose Government will make regulation for it, why ? because they want people to be "safe" - read "they want control".

Well, Nyan is a powerful name, it should have some impact.
I think that with some nice promotion from the devs it can get big, at least its what it seems, but i can be wrong ofc.

It is GPU and CPU. There is going to be something extra for CPU miners. Keep watching the topic for a nice suprise to the community!

that's what we plan to do whit the premine it will be used to hold different competitions and fun events where every one can urn coins !
This will be done for @ least 6 MONTHS !
After 6 months we need to find out how many coins are left !

We are thinking of asking for donations after 6 months to keep the games and competitions gowning for a longer time !

We understand every one that says scam !
To many coins created whit a hidden premine !

People moaning and saying it won't work because of a low coin count per block and the blocks will take too long the dev just increased the coins per block by 10 and halved the block time, I think this will make the coin have a good chance in the future compared to the perviuos specs

'Update: Changed specs above from 3.37 per block to 33.7, amount of blocks from 100,100,100 to 10,010,010 and block time from 60s to 30s'
