Hey, we hope to give out the premine in competitions and games and we will have the block chain addresses to show the amount that has been sent out, we also want to make sure even cpu miners and those with no miners at all can get some good nyan coins. We have seen on other coins there is alot of confusion of whetehr there was a pre mine so we were at first not going to but decided since we dont have big miners ourself that itll b good to have some to hand out to everyone!
