Guys the rejects rate will be high due to extremly low difficulty, it's normal. Put a low intensity like 10.
For mac wallet, it was working on our dev mac, we look on the problem now
The pools are late, big sorry for that. Solo mining working fine

The conf posted in the OP works fine. As someone else pointed out just load the wallet and leave it for a while. It will sync.
Getting nothing but accepts solo mining.
