I agree, the image on the coinye west homepage is now also slightly changed, so will be very hard to start a case against.
What is more important, is the fact that the coin already got a lot of media attention over the last months, which will not go unnoticed when the coin launches on January 11th.

I'll definitely be mining this coin with all resources.
