I think I've signed up to a few, then realised how shit they was, then bogged off never to return. Maybe he did it for this, and has now seen how popular Bitcoin has became and decided to re-log on, and he is now pissed he has to wait 6 mintues . I reckon you've forgot how annoying those newb restrictions are, or maybe you never had them in the first place?
